DockerCon’s recent sold-out event in Seattle offered an amalgam of company and product announcements, perhaps none as surprising as that delivered by Docker’s own CEO Ben Golub: 70 percent of enterprise companies have now implemented containerization. Docker itself has seen 460,000 containerized applications. What does this mean for Puppet and Chef IT automation platforms?
